Mike currently serves on the National Rural Health Association Policy Board. Previously, Mike was the treasurer of the Washington Rural Health Association for six years and co-founder of the Rural Health Clinic Association of Washington. Mike has also enjoyed serving on Critical Access Hospital planning committees in Washington State and many other worthwhile causes.

Mike is a licensed CPA in Washington, Idaho, Oregon, Montana, Alaska, California, Colorado, Utah, North Carolina, and North Dakota.

Konrad has spent his entire twelve year public accounting career working exclusively with dozens of rural health care providers in five different states.  He is a graduate of Eastern Washington University with a Bachelor of Arts in Business Administration – Professional Accounting and is a licensed CPA in both Washington and Oregon .

JENNIFER SCHMIDT, SHAREHOLDER, CPA

Jennifer's eleven years of public accounting experience has been focused exclusively with health care facilities spread throughout the Pacific Northwest . Jennifer is a graduate of Eastern Washington University with a Bachelor of Arts in Business Administration – Professional Accounting and is a licensed CPA in Washington . She is currently an Idaho HFMA board member and serves on the sponsorship committee.

KATIE JO RAEBEL, MANAGER, CPA

Katie Jo has been with the firm full-time since 1999. Prior to graduating from Whitworth College with a Bachelor's of Arts in Accounting, she was an intern with the firm. Katie Jo holds a Washington State CPA license and has worked exclusively with various health care facilities during her career, specializing in freestanding and provider-based rural health clinics.

GAIL SARCHET, MANAGER, CPA

Gail is pleased to have spent her entire six years in public accounting providing wide-ranging services to the health care communities within Washington , Oregon and Idaho . Prior to her career in health care, she worked for 16 years in public education financial services. Gail is a graduate of Eastern Washington University with a Bachelor of Arts in Business Administration – Professional Accounting . She is a licensed CPA in the state of Washington and is a member of the Oregon HFMA serving on the sponsorship committee.

Erik has been working with the firm since January of 2001. He is a graduate of Whitworth College with a Bachelor's of Arts in Accounting. His health care experience includes performing financial statement audits, Medicare and Medicaid reimbursement and cost reporting, feasibility studies and consulting.

Tyson has been working with the firm since November 2004. He is a graduate of Grand Canyon University with a Bachelor of Business Administration in Accounting. Tyson has two years of private non-profit accounting experience prior to public accounting.

Juliet has been working with the firm since November of 2007.  She graduated Cum Laude from Washington State University with a Bachelor of Arts in Business Administration-Option in Accounting.  Juliet has 7 years experience as an accountant in the private industry.

Jared has been working as an intern with the firm since October 2006. He is a graduate of Whitworth College and has a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology. He is currently attending Eastern Washington University to complete a major in Accounting.

Wes began working with the firm in February of 2008.  He is a graduate of Eastern Washington University with a Bachelor of Arts in Business Administration – Professional Accounting, Finance, and Economics.  Wes has two years of experience in private industry prior to working in public accounting.

Kristi recently joined the firm. She has been in health care administration for over 10 years, and has a wide range of office and managerial skills with a strong background in medical terminology and coding.  Kristi attended San Joaquin Delta College in Stockton, CA. where she completed a four year program in Liberal Arts.
