TRICARE Proposes Cost Plus for CAHs

Click here for a copy of the proposed TriCare regulation that will change CAH reimbursement to the lesser of cost plus one percent or charges.  The comment period ends June 4, 2008.  We encourage all CAHs to submit a comment endorsing this change.  However, we would like the new regulation to eliminate the clause that limits payment to charges.  This is truly great news for all CAHs and we can thank our colleagues in Alaska for leading the way on this change.  If you have any questions, please contact us
